1. ✅ Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dating Happens Inc. ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. 🔞 Eligibility

You must meet the following requirements to use Dating Happens:

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must be legally permitted to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction
• You must not be prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law
• You must not have been previously banned or removed from Dating Happens

3. 👤 Your Account

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account with or transfer it to any other person

You may not create more than one account per person. Duplicate accounts will be removed.

4. 🚫 User Conduct

When using Dating Happens, you agree not to:

• Create fake, misleading, or impersonating profiles
• Post or transmit sexually explicit, violent, or offensive content
• Harass, bully, stalk, threaten, or abuse any other user
• Solicit money or gifts from other users
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation or advertising
• Attempt to access, hack, or scrape any part of the platform
• Distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited messages
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws

5. 📸 User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, messages, bio). By posting content, you grant Dating Happens a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely in connection with providing the Service.

You confirm that any content you post does not infringe the rights of any third party and complies with these Terms.

6. 💎 Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• You may cancel any time; access continues until end of billing period
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice
• Manual payments are activated within 24 hours of admin approval
• Refunds are granted at our discretion for unused subscription periods
• Failed payments may result in temporary service downgrade to Free plan

7. 🚪 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your personal data is removed per our Privacy Policy.

8. ⚠️ Disclaimer of Warranties

Dating Happens is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That you will find a match, relationship, or romantic connection
• That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The accuracy or completeness of any user profiles
• The conduct of other users, on or off the platform

9. 📉 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dating Happens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. ⚖️ Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration.

11. 🔄 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
